The impressive, over 120 year old, stone building was renovated carefully with respect for tradition, to function as apartments and business premises. The renovation-work was performed with a big heart, as shown by the old brick walls, vaults, arches and ceiling beams that have been preserved with piety. The individual apartments are built in modern style with durable and ecological materials, while the housing technology represents the latest in its field.
